This week Buster Bikes and the Huddersfield Giants Community Trust (HGCT) have announced their official partnership.
HGCT is a registered charity (1117768) and non-profit organisation that delivers sport and education based initiatives into the community on behalf of Huddersfield Giants. Their aim is to be recognised as a charity and to be the number one provider of fun, sport, education and social inclusion, whilst meeting the needs of the local community. Their home is at Huddersfield's The Zone complex, which has facilities including two 3G indoor multi-sport pitches, Yorkshire’s largest play gym, training rooms, café and soon to be Clip and Climb wall.
As part of the new partnership, Buster Bikes have provided a number of Buster #1 Balance Bikes in both Brilliant Red and Neon Green to be used in The Zone for the UK's first Buster Academy.
In the next few weeks the Buster Academy will launch, offering balance bike taster sessions to under 5's, with the aim of introducing children to their first adventure on two wheels. These sessions will be run by HGCT's Play Co-ordinator, who has many years experience in working with children of this age group. Free Balance Bike taster sessions will commence on Friday the 11th January 2019 with the official launch starting the following week on Friday the 18th January. Classes will run on a weekly basis and will cost just £5 per session.
The team behind Buster Bikes are extremely pleased to be working with HGCT, Buster Bikes Marketing Director, David Pratt commented " “We are very excited to become official partners with Huddersfield Giants Community Trust. We share some of the same values and it’s great to work with an organisation as keen as we are in providing fun, enriching activities for children."
